Our First Swimming Lessons

This summer we did a 2 week everyday swim class! It was a bit tiring for Jak and us but he did really well. He was always hungry during or after the lesson so we tried to feed him before!



We learned to pick up rings, do the hokey pokey, noble duke of York, motor boat, drive our boats and jump off the wall like humpty dumpty.



And a new song... Noble Duke of York he had 10000 men, he marched them up the hill and then he marched them down again! And when you're up, you're up and when you're down, you're down and when you're only half way up you're neither up nor down! Jak loved it! He said, "march mommy!"



Then we learned to play the hokey pokey. He loved the verse that told me to put my whole baby in!



We even made some new friends!
